Business Development Manager/ Account Manager Manchester (Hybrid)£30,000 - £45,000 + Commission Do you want to be part of an established freight forwarding business based in Manchester? How about the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis with plenty of room for progression? If you have experience as a business development manager in a multimodal freightenvironment and this sounds of interest, read on! We are working with a freight forwarding specialist who are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in air, ocean, or road freight to join their business. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, whilst having full autonomy through the process identifying new opportunities. They are offering the opportunity to work on the road covering the whole of the UK. What you'll do: To work towards Personal and Team Sales Targets. To Identify new business growth opportunities via cold calling Manage Leads and Pipeline Efficiently - networking and rapport building. Manage a portfolio of accounts from end to end. Regular face to face visits with new and existing clients. Produce and present proposals to customers. Experience Freight Forwarding sales experience. To be well-organised. Self-Motivated in a Sales Environment Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment.
