What You Will Do: * Install, maintain, and troubleshoot innovative machinery across Scotland, with occasional work in Ireland and England. * Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults, focusing on servos, compressed air systems, PLCs, inverters, and pneumatic devices. * Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure machinery operates at peak performance. * Provide exceptional technical assistance and support to customers, enhancing satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. * Collaborate with the engineering team to report issues and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. * Represent the business professionally during site surveys, potential sales opportunities, and general customer interactions. What You Will Bring: * Proven experience as a Service Engineer, ideally within the fenestration machinery industry. * Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with proficiency in drive tuning and calibration of machinery. * An understanding of fenestration manufacturing processes and machinery. * Excellent problem:solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. * A full UK driving licence, with the willingness to travel frequently across Scotland and occasionally to Ireland and England.
