Renowned for our commitment to excellence, we're seeking a dynamic IT Support Engineer to enhance our team. Day-to-Day: Provide technical support to end-users.Collaborate with the service desk team to resolve escalated issues promptly. Assist in the creation and development of technical documentation. Maintain and support existing IT infrastructure and networks. Conduct on-site visits to different client locations, requiring a driving license and accessto a car. Liaise with 3rd party software, hardware and service providers when necessary. Ensure that configuration, training and procedural documentation are created and kept up to date for all systems. Provide improvement recommendations to new and existing systems. Set a standard for the department and help be a leader. Security awareness and training to other staff.
