This Learning Support Assistant position offers the chance to make a long:term impact within a small, supportive setting that caters to pupils aged 11 to 16 with a variety of additional needs. As a Learning Support Assistant in this setting, youll be supporting students who may present with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, and other complex needs. Some pupils will be working at primary levels academically, so the Learning Support Assistant must be flexible, adaptive, and creative in their approach to learning support.
