Ensure smooth management of overseas projects, maintaining effective communication across locations.The Senior Construction Project Manager Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Expertise in the construction industry, particularly within a consultancy setting. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Degree in Construction/Project Management or related field preferred. Hands-on experience in Construction Development. Ambitious, proactive, and committed to achieving excellent project outcomes. A deep-seated knowledge of project management processes, with a particular focus on RIBA/Development Stages and qualifications from esteemed bodies like RICS, APM, or CIOB.
