They are seeking proactive and pragmatic planners at various levels including senior, associate and director level, to help their clients successfully navigate the planning system. What They Are Looking For: My client are looking for an experienced, chartered senior town planner, associate or an associate director who can hit the ground running. They love to see people that get excited about planning policy and are practical about implementing it. Solid commercial awareness coupled with excellent knowledge of current and emerging planning legislation are a must. They value a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty. Good communication is key, both for building client and team relationships and in your writing skills. They also encourage career:long learning : theres always something new to learn.
