The Role Youll be working closely with a diverse portfolio of clients:ranging from national housebuilders and retail developers to specialist landowners and local authorities. Youll be expected to take ownership of projects, lead planning applications, coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, and provide strategic advice from inception through to decision. Key Requirements * MRTPI or equivalent professional qualification. * Solid experience in a planning consultancy or public sector role, with exposure to complex planning submissions. * Confident in managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously. * Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder engagement. * Commercially focused with an understanding of development viability and risk.
