The Opportunities: In this role, you will work on a diverse range of infrastructure projects such as energy, water, roads, rail, ports, and airports, contributing to the success of projects from inception through to on:site delivery. The organisations national town planning team is respected for its expertise, offering professional, innovative, and reliable advice on projects. As part of the team, you will be involved in high:impact planning work that directly influences the built environment. Key Responsibilities: * Contributing to the delivery of infrastructure planning projects from concept to implementation. * Advising clients on planning policies, legislation, and the best strategies for their developments. * Leading and managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. * Developing planning reports, presenting complex issues clearly, and ensuring that projects align with client and regulatory requirements. * For senior:level candidates, the opportunity to lead teams and mentor junior planners. Qualifications and Skills: * A degree and/or masters in Town Planning, Geography, or a related field. * A strong understanding of planning legislation and policies. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and manage client relationships effectively. * Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) is desirable but not essential for all roles. * Experience in development management is an advantage.
