Position Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer at our Clinton Auger Manufacturing Plant is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high:quality production. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and effective project management. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production teams to solve complex problems, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Essential Job Duties: : Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures. Promote a culture of safety within the plant, conduct safety audits, and collaborate with leadership to enhance safety performance. : Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve safety. Identify areas for improvement, develop action plans, and collaborate with cross:functional teams to implement changes. This includes selecting appropriate welding techniques, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. : Project Management: Manage multiple projects, including delegating assignments to maintenance, and operative associates. Oversee the work of contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost:effective implementation of new technologies. : Problem Solving: Implement advanced problem:solving techniques to develop permanent solutions to critical issues.
