They are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer who has experience working within commercial environments carrying out all areas of Electrical maintenance and minor remedial tasks in Newport Package includes: * Salary : GBP39,876 * Mobile role, van and fuel card * Monday to Friday * call outs * 25 days + 8 holiday Requirements / Qualifications: Qualification in either of these are preferred but not essential and clients will look at someone who has time served experience. * NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds Level 3 * NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Technology (the main one that includes AM2, ECS, Gold Card, C and G 2391 Testing and Inspection) ideal qualification * City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations * City and Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection * The 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018, wiring regs, the regs) : 17th edition is the slightly older/out of date version but is still accepted by some clients * PAT testing Day to Day Duties: * Lighting: Change of lamps and ballasts * Emergency light testing * Power distribution * Electrical fault:finding * Small works : new sockets, new lights, new circuits * PAT Testing * Control Panel maintenance * Transformers * Star Delta Starters Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
