Venue and Sales Manager, Northampton, A GBP 40k : A GBP 45k + Bonus
I am excited to be working with an events venue in Northampton who are looking for a Venue and Sales Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing operations on:site, and creating a sales and marketing strategy to drive new business. You must be self:motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events
Key Responsibilities:
* End to end event mangement
* Drive sales proactively
* Overseeing operations on site
* Building client and supplier relationships
* Cost control
* Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service
The ideal candidate:
* Previous venue sales and operations experience
* Experience delivering events
* Financial understanding
* Excellent communication skills
* Passionate about guest experience
