| ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL ASSISTANT– TEMP TO PERM | | NG4, NOTTINGHAM | | MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8:30AM – 5:00PM, 4:30PM FINISH ON A FRIDAY | | £12.47 PER HOUR | | STARTING ASAP | Job responsibilities: * Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers according to established schedules * Assist in the preparation of finance reports running them weekly and monthly * Calculating and processing of internal staff payroll * Provide support during audits by gathering necessary documentation * Process supplier invoices and credit note as and when required accurately * Maintain record of all business purchase transactions * Monitor and manage outstanding payments to suppliers * Handling any enquired relating to payments / invoices * Handle payroll related enquires and resolve any issues * General administration tasks within the finance department Requirements: * Strong numerical skills *Excellent attention to detail * Strong accuracy skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in accounting software and payroll systems * Strong communication and interpersonal
