Were seeking a Deputy Manager to join our growing team, supporting adults in domiciliary care and supported living settings across Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine office:based leadership with hands:on fieldwork, ensuring that every service user receives compassionate, person:centred care. What Youll Be Doing: * Lead the development of care plans and risk assessments * Oversee staff rotas, supervisions, and day:to:day management * Conduct quality assurance, audits, and spot checks * Ensure compliance with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) * Support with recruitment, onboarding, and training * Participate in the on:call rota and provide emergency cover when needed * Foster strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals What Were Looking For: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) Experience in domiciliary care or supported living Strong knowledge of CQC standards and person:centred care Confident with IT, time management, and decision:making Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Leadership or management qualifications (NVQ 4/5) are desirable but not essential.
