Position Summary: TheOperations Manager is responsible for managing the overall manufacturing process for the processes at the Fulton facility of Diamond Drives. This role provides leadership and direction to operations leaders and associates across a multi:zoned, multi:shift department to meet customer demand. The Operations Manager drives improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through deep knowledge of lean and manufacturing processes. These goals are achieved through the leadership of supervisory, production support, and team leader associates, as well as through indirect collaboration with operative associates at the facility.
