They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural technologist to join them in their Oxford offices Benefits for the role of Architectural Technologist: * Highly competitive salary * Generous holiday allowance * Contributory pension scheme * Flexible working * Continuous professional development opportunities Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include: * Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations * Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings * Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages * Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings * Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections * Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist: * Relevant degree within architectural technology * Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice * CIAT registered * Working knowledge of sustainable low carbon building technologies * Good working knowledge across all building sectors * Proficient with AutoCAD * Experience producing technical drawings through RIBA stages 3 to 5 * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Strong attention to detail * Live within a commutable distance to the Oxford area If This role interests you or if you are interested in searching for other roles relating to architecture please feel free to contact Ben Moore on or email There are many more roles available on our website at penguinrecruitment.
