The Role: * Plan, coordinate, and track NPI projects. * Work closely with other teams in order to develop and implement a capacity planning method for the NPI process. * Continually look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant processes. * Establish a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI process. * Working with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis. * Daily and monthly monitoring and report of NPI process. The Candidate: * Previous experience within a NPI / Project Management position. * Thorough knowledge of manufacturingwould be beneficial. * Previous experience within a High precision environment, such as Automotive, Aerospace or Motorsport. * Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. * Ability to lead a project from initiation through to delivery * Ability to use CAD software, preferably SolidWorks would be beneficial.
