Pre-Construction Manager Reigate, Surrey£80k-£90k Permanent, Full Time Join a Tier 1 Contractor as Pre-Construction Manager in the Reigate region to look after 1 to 2 tenders at a time and oversee the pre-construction phase, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. You would be responsible for all preconstruction activities, including preliminary budgets, value engineering, preconstruction schedules, definition of bid packages copes etc. Communicating with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all project goals are met. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for the accuracy of estimates * Working with Bid Team, BD, Estimators and QS * Review drawings and specifications and other documents making the project team aware of construction related problems and potential risks * Participate in the preparation of the construction schedule and resourcing requirements, plant and logistics * Responsible for the preparation of preliminary, schematic, design development and construction estimates during pre-construction * Monitor design development cost trends to detect any potential risks * Participate in the value engineering process * Support business development in proposal presentation * Managing budgets and construction schedule Requirements: * HNC or HND qualification in Construction * Previous experience as a Pre-Construction Manager (Min 3 years) * Experience within Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation, Health Care Sector * Must have experience working for similar size company * CIOB (Bonus!)
