Property PA - Battersea£50,000 Please note: this is an immediate start role Are you a proactive and highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail? The ideal candidate will possess excellent organistional skills, a high level of accuracy, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities: Take lead calls and establish relationships with vendors Collate detailed information from potential sellers and present it to the Director Prepare schedules, compile comparable listings, and assist the Director as needed Manage client meetings and maintain the Director's diary Update internal systems with new leads and client information Maintain physical files with ongoing correspondence with clients Facilitate daily team meetingsto discuss acquisitions and update master sheets accordinglyRequirements: 4-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a hands-on real estate environment Strong understanding of property transactions, including the buying and selling process Analytical mindset with the ability tothink creatively and outside the box Resilience and tenacity to thrive in a challenging role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software Immediate availability for an immediate start date Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pmBenefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly team environment Full-time office-based role in Battersea, LondonIf you are ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment, apply now with your CV.
