The Role: * Supporting individual pupils with additional needs (including autism, speech and language needs, or behavioural challenges) * Working 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO * Helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and meet their individual targets * Assisting with classroom tasks, resources, and behaviour management * Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting * A calm, patient and nurturing approach * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A genuine interest in child development and inclusive education * Available to work full time (Monday to Friday) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of pupils who need it most.
