3 months contract with a local authority Job Summary:·         Repairs Supervisor to cover team of high performing repairs operatives to deliver high standards of work quality and efficient use of materials. Key Duties/Accountabilities: ·         To undertake a range of complex diagnostics and co-ordinating multi trade repair projects for repairs affecting multiple properties such as major leaks, demonstrating proficient level skills and experience across a range of trades carpentry, plumbing decorating, plastering, and tiling. ·         Carrying out toolbox talks and one to ones with operatives. ·        Pre and Post inspections on tenanted properties. ·         Managing void team ensure voids are delivered within time scale.  ·         Attending evening TA meetings and ensure responsive to internal and external customer needs.  ·         Ensuing compliance of healthand safety rules and regulations in all work activities are maintained.                                                                                                                                                           Additional information to note: ·         36 hours per week ·         08:00am – 16:00pm working hours The closing date for this position is 23/02/2024.
