Role Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Manager to join their team and lead their online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce and digital marketing. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by driving revenue growth while furthering their mission of sustainability. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies to optimise sales, conversion rates, and customer retention across our three websites. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across email, PPC, TV, meta,SEO, and TikTok to drive traffic and sales. Manage the £1.6 million digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of their ecommerce websites, including user experience optimisation, content management, and technical enhancements. Utilise data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights to continuously improve ecommerce performance. Work closely with various departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align ecommerce strategies with overall business goals and initiatives. Keep up to date of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and sustainability to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Proven experience  in ecommerce management. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in email marketing, PPC advertising, SEO, and social media marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
