Job Title:  Primary Teacher   Location: Sheffield Salary Scale: £130-£210 Contract Type: Full-time GSL Education are looking for an nurturing and passionate KS1 Teaching Assistant to support in a OFSTED Good Primary School based in Sheffield. You are the cornerstone of the academic journey for young learners, responsible for not only imparting knowledge but also instilling the seeds of curiosity, exploration, and a lifelong love for learning. Your daily responsibilities are multi-faceted, you are the architect of an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where young minds feel safe, inspired, and eager to participate. In this vibrant setting,students are not just recipients of information; they are active participants in their own educational experience. You craft comprehensive lesson plans, tailoring your teaching to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that each and every student can flourish. More than just an educator, you are a mentor, a guide, and a source of inspiration. Through your unwavering dedication, you help students discover the joy of learning, encouraging them to ask questions, seek answers, and embrace the endless possibilities that education offers. Your classroom is a place where youngminds are nurtured, where knowledge blooms, and where the foundation for a lifelong love of learning is firmly laid. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective and age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning. Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring that every student can thrive. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement. Collaborate with fellow educators and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field desirable. Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent/ experience. A deep passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
