They are looking for a Multi:Skilled Maintenance Engineer, that is electrically biased, to join their close:knit team. Role and Responsibilities: * Carrying out PPM, reactive and predictive maintenance/breakdown analysis * Dealing with high:speed production, processing and packaging machinery * Working on such machinery / systems as:: conveyors, silos, blowers, steam and boiler systems, industrial control systems, dryers, robotics, chillers, air systems, automation and control systems * PLCs : electrical fault finding * Electrical and mechanical fault finding, analysis and repair * Stores and spare parts management, use of Maximo asset care management systems * Dealing with motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, sensors, drives, inverters, circuits, hydraulics Knowledge, Skills and Experience: * Must be a multi:skilled engineer, with a an electrical biased * Have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship : formal qualifications * Ideally HNC qualified * Able to react to breakdowns effectively, safely and efficiently * Both electrical and mechanical fault:finding capabilities * Ideally have worked in FMCG, fast:paced manufacturing * Dealt with hydraulics and pneumatics, * PLC : electrical fault finding skills * 17th or 18th Edition beneficial * Need to be self:motivated, team players, strong communicator, enthusiastic and driven character * Able to work on own initiative, sometimes unsupervised * Good IT Skills, use of SAP please / resume to ( ). : Chris Gumm : 010 438 If you are interested in this position please click apply.
