What You Will Do: : Develop and implement comprehensive communication and engagement strategies to ensure seamless deployment of incremental releases to business end users. : Conduct business change impact assessments, collaborating with senior stakeholders to prepare for deployment activities. : Identify key stakeholders and end users, supporting their onboarding as Early Adopters and Super Users. : Create and execute stakeholder communication and engagement plans, ensuring alignment with global business processes. : Liaise effectively between business teams, process leads, and technology teams to maintain alignment with transformation goals and compliance standards. : Critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicting inputs, and ensure clear communication of true requirements to all parties involved. What You Will Bring: : Proven experience in change management, ideally within transformational projects and in Change, Comms or Engagement roles. : Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross:functional teams. : Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in developing and executing communication strategies. : Self:motivated and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. : Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or agile methodologies is desirable.
