Apprenticeship Administrator - Southampton -£25,000 - hybrid role working from home 1 day a week - Full time hours Monday to Friday Are you ready to embark on an exciting career journey with a leading marine-based company in Southampton? We're seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Administrator to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting the end point assessment processes. The Apprenticeship Administrator duties include: Booking and scheduling EPA appointments using the LearningManagement Systems Assist the training team with events and activities as required. Provide monthly reporting on EPA performance, products and materials Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and the wider EPA team Answer and deal with enquiries from potential customers (employers and training providers) Raise and issue invoices and undertake a credit control function to ensure prompt payment of courses and charges as agreed Take part in marketing activities by carrying out research and assist with producing marketing materials Assist the training team with events and activities as required. Produce and distribute correspondence, letters, emails, agendas and minutes. Deputising for the Operations Manager as and when required Carrying out meeting prep and presentation preparation Attending events to represent the company on occasions Attending and carrying out mandatory training Booking travel and accommodation for the managers as and when requiredExperience and skills Ideally experience within a training environment as it will be useful to have the knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships and end point assessments Strong professional communication and written skills with a high level of accuracy Excellent MS Office skillsPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
