Our assessors make objective assessments of the competence or performance of others in the workplace progressing through their PIP2 journey, providing feedback to the person being assessed and/or to others depending on the context. About the role In this role, you will monitor and assess the competencies, values, and overall professional development of candidates on the PIP2 pathway, ensuring that they meet their learning milestones, complete their portfolios within the designated timeframes, and successfully attain accreditation. Your role on any day may include: : Delivering continuous assessment and support to our candidatesby conducting face to face visits and progress reviews. : Managing the scheduling of assessments based on timelines, operational demands and availability of quality assurance requirements. : Offering specialist advice on guidance on accreditation requirements, ensuring alignment with the standards set by Force and the College of Policing. : Collaborating with our Investigation teams to identify opportunities and contacts that will assists candidates in gathering additional evidence for their development and portfolio. : Identifying individual development needs of the candidates and creating personalised development plans to facilitate high performance and growth. About You stylemargin:bottom:11.0px: : Are you a PIP2 accredited PSI and have at least 12 months experience as an operationally competent PIP2 Investigator? : Can you apply the principles of work:based assessment in creating as assessment plan and select the most appropriate assessment method? : Are you skilled in evaluation of different types of evidence to draw unbiased insights? : Do you have good communication skills and can you give advice on personal development planning? : Are you able to plan and prioritise your own workload while developing effective working relationships with others?
