Qualified Social Worker : GBP42ph : Young Person Services NonStop Care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to join a well established local authority, located in the South East of England, who have a locum position on their Young Persons Service This team is offering a hybrid way of working, meaning you spend less time in the office and more in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to achieve a far greater work:life balance. This team is taking a new approach to Social Work, capping caseloads at 10, allowing you to prioritise and spend extra time building relationships with those under your care, allowing you to ensure the best possible outcome for children and young people in need, increasing work satisfaction. The Role: * Carrying out needs assessments reviews for young people. * Organising Family support and support for children with special educational needs and disabilities. * Working with Child Protection, LAC, Edge of Care and MET.
