JOB REF:9579. THE ROLE: - As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. - You will be responsible for: o Opening and closing client files, drafting correspondence, and managing all related administrative tasks. o Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and Land Registry applications. o Carrying out post:exchange and post:completion work in line with compliance procedures. o Supporting client care, communication, and file progression. o Typing, photocopying, diary management, and general administrative support. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Previous experience in a legal conveyancing support role is preferred. - Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. - A proactive and collaborative attitude.
