A fantastic primary school based across Kennington and Oval is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their specialist ASD Unit immediately. SEN Teaching Assistant : Key Highlights: * Teaching assistant to work with pupils diagnosed with Autism in a specialist, small:group setting. * Teaching assistant to support classroom routines, communication strategies, and sensory activities. * Teaching assistant to collaborate with experienced SEN staff including therapists and SENCOs. * Opportunity to develop hands:on skills in a well:equipped, inclusive environment. SEN Teaching Assistant : Requirements: * Experience supporting children with ASD is highly desirable. * Calm, patient and proactive approach to challenging behaviour. * Psychology graduates or those pursuing SEN careers are welcome. * Must hold or be willing for an Enhanced DBS through Reeson.
