What You Will Do: : Manage current model programmes and support escalations from plant teams relating to quality or delivery performance issues. : Utilise a structured diagnosis and practical problem:solving approach to drive the implementation of countermeasures for escalated issues. : Lead the management of high:risk suppliers through the companys escalation process. : Support and drive resolution of plant Stop Ship and Field Actions as a result of manufacturing defects. : Manage the timely introduction of running changes within suppliers and validate changes to ensure delivery of engineering standards. : Communicate Supplier Performance status to cross:functional stakeholders across the business. What You Will Bring: : Experience in Body:in:White (BIW) commodities such as Cold Stamping, Aluminium and Steel, and Forging. : A valid driving licence with the ability to travel within the UK. : Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering role at engineer or management level. : Proven background in problem:solving and the ability to manage complex projects. : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation and with external suppliers.
