Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing personalised lesson plans based on each students learning style * Assessing student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and recording achievement levels using our internal reporting system * Delivering engaging sessions that cater to a variety of learning styles * Achieving measurable outcomes from each session to assess impact * Collaborating with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support * Adhering to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines. Desired experience includes: * Previous experience tutoring one:to:one or small groups of students needing additional educational or pastoral support * Ability to accept supervision and constructive feedback gracefully * Experience working in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions * Familiarity with supporting students with SEN, undiagnosed SEN, disengaged young people, or looked:after children. Your essential qualities should include: * Inspirational, effective, and adaptable communication skills * Proficiency in IT skills, access to a laptop/computer, and audio:visual capabilities * Reliable broadband and internet connection * Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and motivate students.
