With around 60 lay staff, the Trust delivers on a five:year strategy, Choosing a Future Together, to ensure a sustainable, faith:led future for the Abbey and its valley home. Main Responsibilities but not limited to:: * Develop and deliver joined:up marketing, communications, and fundraising strategies to support the Trusts aims. * Use market research and audience insight to shape messaging, campaigns, and engagement. * Lead and support a small, motivated team; foster teamwork and continuous development. * Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, events and social media. * Oversee brand, content and collateral production, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. * Coordinate with Ampleforth Colleges Marketing and Development teams. * Manage relationships with external consultants and agencies for both marketing and fundraising. * Identify and cultivate donor and supporter relationships, from major gifts to regular giving and legacies. * Track campaign and fundraising performance, using data to inform and improve future activity. * Oversee budgets for marketing, communications and development, ensuring resources are used effectively. * Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders locally and nationally. * Represent the Abbey and Trust as an ambassador at relevant events and meetings.
