About the role: The Management Accountant is responsible for delivering timely and accurate management reporting, along with financial analysis to support the Senior Management Accountant, Finance Manager, and business stakeholders. It also plays a key part in streamlining processes and maintaining financial integrity in a fast:paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:0.0in;margin:top:0.0px: : Prepare and report accurate monthly financial results for the Corporate business unit. : Develop and deliver key financial and operational reports with variance analysis to support performance and project decision:making. : Support budgeting, forecasting, and long:term planning processes, including presentation and ad hoc analysis preparation. : Provide detailed financial insights and recommend solutions to support commercial decision:making. : Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, data integrity, and system enhancements. : Ensure compliance with accounting policies, including timely review of balance sheet reconciliations. : Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate financial guidance during budget and planning cycles.
