With a nearly 30:year history in the Western Australia, we provide safe, clean and reliable power to large mining and industrial customers and have invested significantly in stable, long:term contracts. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Operations and Maintenance Technician (OMT) to join our team in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Supervisor, South Goldfields and with day:to:day functional interaction and communication with the Supervisor, RCC. The Southern System Maintenance Technicians will have an overall focus on the safe and efficient Maintenance of TransAlta's operating assets in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The base location for this position is at TransAlta's Parkeston Power Station, is primarily day shift with occasional night shift duties and is a residential position. Travel to all operating sites is also a requirement of this position.
