Project Overview: Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Woodside Energy is Australias leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source. Job Summary: As part of the System Turnover team, the Lead Turnover Coordinator shall interface with team members across the construction site in both Construction and Pre:Commissioning teams to expedite and track work completion by startup system in order to compile system turnover dossiers and reports at each phase of the project. This role shall be a pivotal interface between team members and candidate shall have excellent interpersonal skills as well as organization skills. As a Lead Turnover Coordinator , candidate is responsible for supervising team members within their work area, including daily tasking, professional development, and scheduling. The Lead Turnover Coordinator will report to the Project Field Engineer. Major Responsibilities: : Possesses responsibility for coordinating between construction and startup to ensure the various system walkdowns are performed, interfacing with the startup specialist as required to support component/system turnover and assuming responsibility (as required) for area turnover coordination as determined by the PFE. : Develop and maintain System Completions and Turnover related plans, procedures and field instructions, incorporating contractual and jobsite deliverables and handover of supporting documentation. : Champion and implement the Project Turnover process in accordance with Bechtel Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPPs), Project Procedures and ITPs. : Impress upon Construction, Field Engineering and Pre:Commissioning the sense of urgency for meeting commitments. : Review field generated inspection records for quality and completeness. : Manage field generated inspection records in completions management software for tracking and reporting. : Utilize multiple databases and BSAPs for reviewing and checking dossiers including TEAMWorks, Setroute, Infoworks, Unifier, Aconex, and Smart Completions (Completions Database). : Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans. : Communicate effectively with other project team members, the client, and field personnel to ensure quality, schedule and budget are maintained. : Operate standard office equipment and automation tools. : Track pending issues and actions impacting system turnover. : Implement an effective and efficient punch list process. : Work with Field Engineering and CSU teams to de
