Key Responsibilities - Strategy: To build a network of customers who have the capacity to win commercial projects and influence their purchasing decision making via existing distributors or directly through to Bostik - Budget: Budget to align Construction Regional budget - Product Portfolio: Work with technical and operations to optimize product portfolio to create and meet market needs - Value chain: Work with sourcing, production, R and D in value chain to ensure we can meet market and specification demands on commercial projects - Relationships management: Manage the relationship with distributors, National supply and apply businesses, commercial sub:contractors, industrial associations, and other core suppliers to capture commercial project opportunities - Reporting: Provide regular reports as required Required Profile - Tertiary Education and/or trade qualified. - Sound knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry. - At least 5 years sales management experience or on site with track record. - Fluent in English, both oral and written. - Strong business sense; customer oriented; result driven. - Highly motivated - Work autonomously - Strong leadership. - Team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
