About the roleReporting to the Head of Strategy, our Senior Strategy Analyst will contribute to the formulation and delivery of long-term strategy, annual planning and performance reporting, while supporting strategic reviews and key investor materials. Working closely with Elders' Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure strategic priorities and initiatives are aligned with financial and growth objectives.Responsibilities As the Senior Strategy Analyst, you will:Support the development of Elders' strategy and annual operating planPrepare strategy documents, board presentations, and market analysis reportsConduct deep-dive reviews of business units, acquisitions, and market opportunitiesDeliver customer insights through survey programs and performance metrics (e.g. NPS)Analyse trends across agriculture and retail to inform CEO and marketing communicationsCollaborate with Finance to prepare investor presentations and updatesAbout youTo be successful, you have:Previous experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategyTertiary qualification in Business/ Finance or related fieldStrong financial modelling, research, and analytical skillsBackground or familiarity of the Australian agriculture and / or retail industry highly valuedExcellent communicator with the ability to distil complex information clearly, to audiences at varying levels of the organisationCollaborative and self-motivated, with the ability to drive pieces of work independentlyConfidence to work with senior stakeholders and ability to bring cross-functional teams togetherAbout EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
