Location: Gurugram,Haryana,India Role Overview We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key Data Platform initiatives. In this role, you will manage cross-functional development teams, oversee delivery execution, and ensure alignment with client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating Data Lake operations, driving agile practices, and enabling timely releases of reusable components such as the DL Library and Toolkit. This position demands a solid foundation in product and project management, technical expertise in data platforms, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, support, and client-facing teams. Key Responsibilities Project& Delivery Management ·      Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to maintain detailed project plans, Jira boards, epics, stories, tasks, and roadmap milestones. ·      Partner with multiple clients to gather requirements, allocate resources, track progress, and proactively manage risks. ·      Lead development teams in delivering new features and enhancements with a focus on timely, high-quality outcomes. ·      Manage client expectations and operations across a portfolio of 20+ clients. ·      Drive backlog refinement and ensure cross-stakeholder alignment on scope and priorities in collaboration with the Product Manager. ·      Act as the escalation point for production support, working closely with internal and client service teams for resolution. ·      Oversee releases of the DL Library and Toolkit, including preparation of release notes and coordination across client environments. Operational Support& Documentation ·      Coordinate Level 2/3 support activities, triage incoming requests, and ensure timely resolution and closure. ·      Address user queries and support requests related to product functionality via established communication channels. ·      Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks by developing appropriate strategies and action plans. Required Qualifications ·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ·      5+ years of experience in technical product/project management within a data platform or enterprise tech environment. ·      Proven experience leading agile delivery teams on data platform initiatives. ·      Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project planning, tracking, and documentation. ·      Strong understanding of cloud-native data technologies (preferably Azure, AWS, GCP, Spark, Delta Lake, or Databricks). ·      Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and enhance operational efficiency.
