This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn North headquarters in line with our hybrid working model.  Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Intelligence, this position will ensure reliable performance and response to user requests for enhancements and development to support enterprise reporting. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead development of effective support processes for Cloud Enterprise Data Warehouse and Oracle Analytics Cloud Actively participate in the design, architecture, development, implementation, management, and support of BI reporting and ELT/ETL processes Manage and control requests for services and incidents Prepare reports on cloud environment performance and identify opportunities for improvement Contribute to the design, deployment and management of the AV repositories, data catalogues and PowerBI data sets Develop and continually enhance the transition to support process, reviewing process diagrams and provide improvement recommendations  To be considered for this position you will possess a degree or relevant industry certification with proven subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
