About the role Our Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact for our clients see when they interact with AIRR. Providing client support and product advice in-store and over the phone, you will support the sales teams with processing sales, handling inquiries, resolving issues and building relationships with clients. With the backing of the larger Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.Responsibilities As a Sales Support Officer, you will:Provide timely customer service via email, phone and in-storeProcess online orders and coordinate dispatchingSupporting in all areas of the sales process and maintaining the officePerform general warehousing including ordering (internal & external suppliers) & Receival of stockGenerate quotes and conduct price checks for our clientsMonitor and reconcile sales, invoicing and conduct regular stock takesChecking all stock levels regularly and expiry datesAbout you To succeed at AIRR, you have:Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer focused positionProficiency in the Microsoft suite and inventory management systemsPrevious stock management experience in a retail capacityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationshipsStrong attention to detail About AIRR AIRR is proud to be a part of Elders, the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
