About the role We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis. As a Real Estate Sales Support Officer, you will be providing direct support and assistance to a leading sales representative. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of salesperson's business and will support them in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career. Responsibilities As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:Providing expert administrative support to a single sales representative allowing them to develop and foster professional relationshipsEnd-to-end sales administrationAssisting in the preparation of documentation, such as advertising, appraisals and listing and sales contractsAccurately recording and journaling marketing expenses, deposits and commissions into the trust accountCreating promotional and marketing materials for the sales representative to actively promote them and the Elders brandLiaising with sellers, buyers and external parties such as settlement agents and finance brokersDatabase managementWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events About you To succeed at Elders, you: Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, real estate desirable.
