This includes handling customer inquiries, making product recommendations, compiling data for sales reports, preparing quotes and proposals, and providing general administrative support.

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers and the sales team

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing accurate and timely responses

• Conducting product research to make informed recommendations to customers and the sales team

• Generating quotes and proposals for clients, following up on pending proposals, and preparing sales agreements
