Maintain quality control measures and accurate production records to ensure compliance. May carry out general farm duties as needed to support daily operations. Coordinate, assign, and oversee the work of specialized livestock workers, farm machinery operators, livestock laborers, and harvesting staff. Create work schedules and establish operational procedures to ensure efficient farm operations. Supervise and manage crop cultivation and related agricultural operations to ensure optimal growth and yield.
