What will your typical day look like? You will be collaborating with key stakeholders to setup and support R8dius engagement processes and interactions. Youll set up projects by creating WBS codes and conduct regular project analyses, monitoring WIP and AR. Engaging in revenue distribution, calculation, and allocation tasks, youll provide forecasting and budgeting recommendations to keep projects within budget when needed. Youll evaluate projects periodically to maintain DSO targets and offer support for billing and collections. Youll review engagement documents to initiate invoicing and collections, inform the Collection Team of risks, and resolve client requests. Additionally, youll perform account reconciliations and work with teams to address misdirected payments, while identifying process efficiencies to improve engagement management. About the team You will be part of a broader working capital management team that supports billing, collection, and WBS opening for various businesses across the firm.
