A typical day as an OT Cyber Security specialist involves collaborating with our clients to understand their priorities, business operations and their constraints in implementing cybersecurity controls to: : Identify prioritized cyber security controls, : Translate cyber security requirement into conceptual designs, : Develop solution design and supporting processes, and : Facilitate the implementation of cyber security controls. Supporting activity includes: : Facilitating workshops to document requirements, : Review design documentation of OT technologies (e.g., Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and localized Human Machine Interfaces (HMI)), : Review technical configuration of OT technologies and supporting systems (e.g., Active Directory, Data Historian, Data Exchange systems, Virtual Machine infrastructure, Networking Equipment), : Develop cyber security standards for OT, : Document processes, : Conduct gap analysis and provide specific recommendations, : Lead junior teams and provide guidance on completion of tasks, : Manage project level activities including, creation of project plan, management and tracking of tasks, and development of project status reporting, : Identify, managing and tracking delivery risks, and : Tracking of project financials. Enough about us, let's talk about you :6+ years of combined experience working in Cyber Security, including incident response and critical infrastructure protection, and OT (operational technology) :Strong knowledge of OT technologies and processes. :Possesses relevant regulatory and compliance knowledge such as NERC, TSA, CER. :May be practicing engineer or technologist registered with an applicable regulating body :Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships and lead teams of skilled professionals.
