We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Workforce Management team. This role is pivotal in helping our clients navigate the complexities of WFM and Timekeeping transformation, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to drive organizational change and improve scheduling and payroll service delivery. Key Responsibilities: :Lead and manage WFM transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering high:quality outcomes. :Develop and implement WFM strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and business performance. :Collaborate with clients to assess current WFM processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future:state WFM operating models. :Utilize data analytics and insights to inform WFM strategy and decision:making. :Provide thought leadership on WFM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. :Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. :Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on WFM transformation initiatives. :Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
