Tasks
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services; Perform data entry; Monitor mobile radio or telephone; Record and relay information
Receive and issue payments; Order office supplies; Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages; Obtain and process information required to provide services; Send invoices; Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas; Provide customer service; Provide basic information to clients and the public; Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
Supervision
Ability to supervise 1 to 2 people
