Hourly Wage: $30.00 - $36.00 Expected Start Date: As soon as possible Work Location: 11500 29 Street SE suite 105, Calgary, Alberta T2Z 3W9 Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Coordinate, assign and review the work of security personnel across multiple client sites. · Establish work schedules, procedures, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. · Train and orient new and existing staff on job duties, company policies, and safety procedures. · Monitor security staff performance and provide feedback or coaching as necessary. · Requisition uniforms, communication devices, and other materials; ensure availability and functionality of equipment. · Resolve work-related problems, respond to client concerns, and maintain strong working relationships. · Prepare and submit progress reports, incident logs, and other documentation as required. · Coordinate with internal departments to support staffing needs and operational planning. · Ensure smooth operation of office and communication systems; arrange maintenance or repairs as needed. · Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies and external regulatory requirements. · May occasionally perform operational or administrative tasks alongside supervised staff, when necessary.
