What will your typical day look like? In this interesting and diverse role, you will play a key role driving the determination of our content structure to support appropriate user access to our content. You will be conduit between our global Audit and Assurance business stakeholders, our development and content production teams. Working with the Information Architect Lead this role will be responsible for developing and deploying the Deloitte Way of content creation and curation, interacting with senior business stakeholders, working with a team of Information Architects, conveying information architecture requirements to development teams, supporting the strategy for testing and content transition from legacy content systems for multiple content streams. Key activities: :Contributing to and supporting the business vision as it relates to content strategy and content delivery objectives :Identifying the necessary elements for the DITA content model and their proper usage, including working with the content authors and editors and/or user experience designers to deliver content to consumers :Determining if and how the content model will be customized (e.g., applying constraints or specializing topics or elements). :Defining content organization standards including identifying proper reuse strategies for content within and outside of the storage system :Creating and maintaining common reusable content (e.g., approved boilerplate text, warnings, product names, glossary terms, note usage, etc.). :Creating content authoring templates and developing examples of content structures and appropriate element usage. :Defining content access requirements, such as a faceted browser search support via taxonomy or index term requirements. :Assessing content delivery requirements for each consuming system in collaboration with the Product Owners of each of the consuming systems. :Identifying content for conversion from legacy systems and developing conversion specifications for the necessary source formats About the team Deloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world.
