The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solutions and demonstrates a strong ability to provide exceptional support and consultancy services to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem:solving skills, and client:facing experience to ensure the successful operation and optimization of UKG systems. What will your typical day look like? :Provide expert support to clients using UKG solutions, addressing and resolving technical issues, system errors, and user inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. :Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical problems will be a key part of your role, as you work closely with clients and internal teams to implement effective solutions. :Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate clients on best practices, system functionalities, and new features. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, you will provide recommendations to clients and assist with their implementation. :Collaborate with cross:functional teams, including developers, project managers, and other consultants, will be essential to deliver comprehensive support and consultancy services. :Generate and analyze reports on system performance, user activity, and support metrics to provide insights and recommendations to clients. :Manages day:to:day support requirements of client's UKG managed services engagements. :Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
